Akira, by Katsuhiro Otomo, is a classic of the cyberpunk genre and has had a huge influence on pop culture since the 1980s. As expected, it’s also one of my biggest references.
This personal project was created as a small tribute to that influence. The initial idea came from a vector illustration, but after moving into 3D techniques, I decided to expand the project further, exploring environments and composition.
